Chris Lynch is a strategic leader and operationally focused CFO with a successful track record in public company and private equity-owned businesses, covering growth and restructuring environments.

Chris is formerly the Chief Financial Officer of GoBolt, a tech-enabled, sustainably-focused logistics provider for local e-commerce shops and national brands. Prior to GoBolt, Chris was the CFO of Financeit (acquired by Wafra Capital Partners), a leading fintech POS lender and enterprise software business focused on the home improvement industry.  At Financeit, he was responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including treasury, tax, budgeting & planning, accounting, and developing and implementing the company's financial strategy and capital structure.  

Prior to this, Chris was the CFO of AlarmForce Industries Inc. (acquired by BCE Inc.), a TSX-listed company, responsible for all financial aspects of the company in addition to the development and execution of a refreshed strategic plan and operational turnaround.

Prior, Chris was SVP, Corporate Finance & Treasurer for Brookfield Global Relocation Services (acquired by Relo Group, Inc.) and VP, Corporate Finance & Treasurer for Brookfield Residential Property Services, both portfolio companies of Brookfield Asset Management's private equity group.  

Prior to joining Brookfield, Chris held previous roles with CIBC in investment banking and structured finance credit risk management.  

Chris holds an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
