Over the last 20 years, Dominique has built proficiency in navigating complex landscapes and building strategic partnerships which have been instrumental in her ability to drive million+ sales, lead teams, and build organizational infrastructure. Her career spans government, non-profit, corporate, and social enterprises, and she has experience in managing P&Ls, overseeing teams, hiring and developing staff, project management, setting strategy, and building external partnerships.

As a seasoned innovator and tech leader with experience driving technological advancements and digital transformations, Dominique led an offshore development shop providing comprehensive digital transformation services. Currently, she hosts the podcast Accelerator Insider, where she discusses the future of innovation with leaders of Accelerators, Incubators, Venture Studios & Research labs. 

Dominique has a history of working with notable organizations such as MIT, BCG Spark, and others. She has over a decade of experience supporting and training entrepreneurs globally and is an expert in Lean Startup Methodology. A Techstars alumna from the 2013 cohort and a MassChallenge 2019 Finalist, Dominique's entrepreneurial journey includes raising funds for various startups, including $1.2 million for an IoT platform during her tenure as an entrepreneur-in-residence for National Grid.

Her tech-focused leadership is evident in her roles as a mentor and judge for Harvard iLab, Techstars, and USC. She mentors at multiple accelerators across the US, covering categories from climate to space, consumer and health tech to fintech, is a BLK VC Alumna, and serves as an expert-in-residence at USC.

Dominique received her B. A. in Political Science from Lehigh University and her M.S in Education Policy, Research, and Evaluation from the University of Pennsylvania.
